| • Turn around time: We have both manual and automated capability for quick turn around on most orders. Turn around time is highly dependent on art and whether or not you provide ready made or we have to design from scratch. A basic rule of thumb is 10 business days once the art is ready, and 5 business days if art work is already on-hand and ready to go. Rush orders may be accepted depending on production schedules. |

• Art Work: We are able to handle most formats, but please contact us and we will work with you to find an acceptable format to submit. Our graphic artists can also help you create your design from scratch if you don’t already have something in mind. Art work is quoted based on the complexity of the design. Art work design may also vary the turn around time needed to complete your order. Note that each color in your design requires a different screen charge for printing.

| • Payment & Delivery: Order from anywhere in the country and we can drop ship you the products. We accept cash / personal checks / and Visa & Mastercard. We also require a 50% deposit at the time of order for first time customers. The remaining balance is due when the order is complete. Ask us about no costs for shipping!
